We pride ourselves on being a small, independent, family-owned clinic. We are

owned and operated by husband and wife duo: Dr. Jordan is our physical therapist and his wife Cyrsten manages the front office.

A Message from the Owner and Doctor of Physical Therapy, Jordan Zapinski:

"Cyrsten and I both worked at two separate corporate outpatient physical therapy companies, myself as a physical therapist and she managed the front office of two clinics.

I started in the field of physical therapy as an assistant/technician in 2015, and over the years I began noticing the physical therapists are getting less and less time to spend with each patient. I quickly realized that in order for my patients to reach the best outcomes, I wanted to open my own clinic where I could be one-on-one with each patient, eliminate assistants/technicians, and spend a longer amount of time with each patient to allow for more individualized and personalized care. My goal was to create an environment in which everyone feels comfortable as they progress from injury or ailment to wellness.

MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to create an environment for individuals to not only heal with the highest quality of care, but to thrive through wellness. Here at Freedom, we take a holistic, full body approach to your care. Our goal is for each individual who walks through our door to regain their Freedom and return to all of the activities that they are passionate about.

LOCATION

We are located on Gratiot Avenue in Richmond, Michigan, near Lenox, Casco, Columbus, Memphis, New Haven, Wales, China Twp, Emmett, Fair Haven, Armada, Adair, Anchorville, Marysville, St. Clair, and Kimball.

We are conveniently located right next door to the Dollar Tree and behind Ted's Coney Island.

We do things different than other outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinics.

Our care is strictly one-on-one.

We do not use exercise technicians, physical therapy aides, or therapy extenders.
